The guinguette of the camping

Hi all,

Spring is here, and really welcome. Zoners have been very active this month, in different domains :

Temporary places for the Zone:

After spending a week here recently, Vasha vashoid@delfi.lt is back to Rotterdam where he and a friend of him have put up a squat : Travellers can come to spend couple of days. Its free and Zoners are welcome. Address is: Pompstraat 38b, Rotterdam (Zuid).

Here Dylan plans to come during eastern time in the camping, with his yurt. The camping has 200 places, along the river and woods, and is never full. The site is really nice and has all facilities.. The latest e-book version of Insanity Factory.is available at http://www.joshuaberlow.com/if/contents.htm You must download the free ybook reader from http://www.spacejock.com/ it's a good program, as even the program for making the e-books is free.

Josh is selling it on his website for $3 but if someone wants it, they can get it for free if they mention "Interzone". Interzone is also the password for this copy. A mostly true account of an involuntary mental hospitalization, demonstrating that the profit motive may play a defining role in psychiatric treatment.

May the 31th will be the vide grenier in Coulanges : everybody can sell what he wants and has a place for it in front of his house. So I shall have 3 meters there, and shall use the occasion for promotion for the the Zone productions (catalogue, dreamachines, CD, books, illustrations, etc.). After two previous festivals around Burroughs during the past years,Jean-Michel Gosselin <Gosselinjm@aol.com> is prepairing a festival with ayal bayal, the winds spirit, texts, ritual music, and a large stand of books, photos, etc. at the book festival in Vebron (48) in the Cevennes, on august the 6th, with matt konture ( bd, paris ) et fata morgana ( éditions )

An expo with Brion Gysin's dreamachine : Exposition internationale d'art contemporain à la galerie Art & Essai (Rennes). L'exposition collective de cette année s'intitule doubtiful - dans les plis du réel et se tiendra du 19 mai au 26 juin 2004. Elle rassembles des oeuvres des artistes: Gilles Barbier, François Curlet, Leandro Erlich, Carsten Höller, Didier Marcel, Aernout Mik, Amy O'Neill et Cerith Wyn Evans. A l'occasion de cette exposition, nous éditons un catalogue (Presses Universitaires de Rennes) dans lequel seront présentés des textes de critiques d'art, des contributions des artistes et des notices sur leur travail rédigés par les étudiants, ainsi qu'une large iconographie.
