Hi all,

This has been a much cooler month than the previous one : no hacking, no parasites (see the report of November 2007 :-), not the least little usurpation of identity with my emails ???? So what ? What's going on there ? I guess the hackers are all in holidays ! Pffff !

French publisher Christian Bourgois has passed away:

Christian Bourgois, who published a large number of Burroughs' books and Beat generation, was one of the main French publishers. He died on december 20th. He is publishing the latest unseen book by JRR Tolkien, "Les Enfants de Hurin", which will come out in the bookshops on February 21st 2008. After 30 years of careful researches, professor Christopher Tolkien, his son, offers to readers the complete story of the famous heroe Turin, base of the whole cosmology imagined by the author and the culmination of his narrative power.
